I've never been one to be too worried about that kind of stuff.  The way I 
figure it, meat is meat... if I had to look at it and be like 'wow, looks like 
lips' I might have a problem... but if sausage tastes good (no comments from 
the peanut gallery), I don't care if it -is- lips.  I think the arbitrary 
decision that 'I'll eat a rump roast but don't you dare feed me liver' seems 
ridiculous.  If you don't like the taste, no problem. If you don't like the 
texture, no problem.  But who cares where on the animal it came from?
