There was a lot of racial speculation in this one - Trump's hired three 
white people.  His third HAD to be a woman.  His fourth HAD to be a 
minority.  This was a racial thing, no doubt about it. Not that I personally 
care, but if you read some of the forums where this is a big part, racial 
makeup had a lot to do with this decision.
