Greg, What's to stop the government from using these illegal wiretaps (non FISA approved domestic surveillance) on a wider set of targets, such as those who simply disagree with the administration, or who hold an unpopular set of political views. There is an increadible potential for abuse of power simply for political purposes rather than anything resembling national security.
There is no congressional or judicial oversight here.
