3 things here: 1.) It's not illegal for me to associate with the person. 2.) My association *may* be enough to get a warrant, but the degree of my association would be a constraint on the warrant. 3.) Harboring a known criminal or lying to federal law enforcement is illegal, but I'm not sure that keeping your mouth closed is. The key point in all of this is that the warrant is the key.
