Oh, don't get me wrong... I'm not saying it's not possible. I'm just saying that the very nature of addictions is that they are beyond your control... Until something that controls you more strongly takes over.

I quit drinking coffee for six months when I was told it would interact badly with a medication I needed to take. And I definitely had a physical addition going to each of those, so it IS possible to break one. However, it does seem to be harder for some people than for others.
