I thought I slept pretty soundly at night. Then my wife mentioned that
it appeared as though I would stop breathing during the night. I
mentioned it to my doctor he scheduled me for a couple of sleep tests,
one at home and one overnight at the hospital. Turns out I stopped
breathing 47 times during the night I spent at the hospital. Each time
it would interrupt my sleep. This Saturday I go back in for another
sleepover at the hospital. This time I will be sleeping with a CPAP to
see if it improves my sleep.
