Could you state specifically what the 'regressions' in Venezuela are under Chavez's rule?
Because the WTO and the IMF say that Chavez has done more to cut poverty in that country since he has been in power than any other leader. Since when does one need to embrace unfettered Capitalism in order to 'progress'?
