Point taken, but isn't that the only way it *could* work?  That is,
what makes them impartial is the fact that the decisions are a
consensus of many nations acting in individual interest.  Therefore it
can't be said that one nation controls the UN.

Now, I'm not sure that the UN is set up for that, e.g. The Security
Council, but that's where the reform comes in.

So, in a way, I feel as if your very valid point is supportive of mine.
