Go with linksys cards and routers they are great. I have a wireless network
setup at home for my wife and I and its great. The laptop cards are down to
79.00 each and the wireless router DSL/Cable plus four ports for regular
nics, is down to 220.00 I believe.

I don't know if the Airport Card will work in the PC, I know a PC with a
Lucent card will connect to an AirPort.

Keep in mind, the Apple stuff is all built by Lucent.
