Do they posses it, I'm sure they do. However, they are unable to think far
enough past the next election cycle that it doesn't matter.

The Toyota deal with Georgetown Kentucky scares the hell out of me. The tax
breaks are about up, and there has been talk about not renewing some of the
deals.
