Again, I haven't followed this thread closely, so I might just be repeating 
something that has been said before.

Wal~Mart has incentives.

When your store falls below a certain shrinkage limit (shoplifting, waste, 
etc.) for the year, you receive a bonus.

There is also profit sharing.

I worked there 4 years and received both bonuses 3 of the 4 years... and they 
were $1000+, nothing to sneeze at! (the bonuses are pro-rated to whether you 
are full or part time)

Also, if you buy Wal~Mart stock, they match your contribution... and if you 
received 3 positive comment cards, they gave you a full share.
