It's an analysis. The UC study was a lot more quantitative, I agree. What I 
liked about this one was the way it set out the pros and cons in the table. 

I did read the conclusion ;) and yes, it's rather wishy-washy. But a lot of 
complicated issues are like that. How important s a diverse economy to you? 
That might depend on whether you have $20 or $200 for groceries this week. Most 
adult decisions are balancing acts, right? The important thing is to realize 
what choices you are making when you make them.
