Just go to Blogger.com and click the Random Blogs button. If you don't like what you get, then just click the Next Blog button in the upper right.
You need to be a little careful of this though if you're at work. Our building's social committee put a blog out there for events and I clicked the Next Blog button and got a very NWS blog. Fun! Then if that's too dull, and you really want to wallow in people's personal hangups, go to Livejournal.com and go to Search>Random.
