But I think the really interesting part of this is that the Supreme Court already struck this law down. So I guess El Presidente decided that since he's got Alito coming on board he can get this another go'round. Then when the unconstitutionality is questioned - again - his packed court'll rubber stamp this idiocy. neat huh? I imagine there'll be a few more of these type cases coming in the next couple years...the Oregon physician assisted suicide law recently upheld will be an interesting case... I guess with Alito, he gets do-overs. will -- "If my life weren't funny, it would just be true; and that would just be unacceptable." - Carrie Fisher ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:193345 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
