But I think the really interesting part of this is that the Supreme
Court already struck this law down. So I guess El Presidente decided
that since he's got Alito coming on board he can get this another
go'round.

Then when the unconstitutionality is questioned - again - his packed
court'll rubber stamp this idiocy.

I imagine there'll be a few more of these type cases coming in the
next couple years...the Oregon physician assisted suicide law recently
upheld will be an interesting case...

I guess with Alito, he gets do-overs.
