I'll take Gruss's idea one step further.

Democrats and republicans are both being played.

The politicians tell you that we can't have it both ways, we can't have our
cake and eat it too.

I say that is the voice of the establishment.  I say that there really are
two sides here.  Those that know what the constitution says, that knows what
it means to be a sovereign individual.  Then there are those that buy the
party line, that vote the way that they are told to.  That allow their
emotions to over-rule their reason.

That first group, the self aware group, is growing.  The anger and the
resentment is growing.  I seriously think you will start to see third party
and write in candidates do a lot better in elections, and you will see a lot
less of the second group showing up at the polls, as they realize that
nothing is going to change within the current establishment.

This is why I am such a huge supporter of states right.  Do you want to live
somewhere with socialized medicine?  Move to NY or California, because they
would be able to legislate it.  Want to be able to own machine guns and not
pay taxes?  Move to Nevada or Virginia.  

It's a sound system to me.
