The red tape bull shit that stood in the way of Katrina relief is some sort
of proof that the steps to all this shit need to be thinned out. 
Without the need
for so much bureaucratic crap those people may have been able to be taken care
of a lot sooner.

I agree there has to be some lines, and some oversight, im not all for
carte blanche.
but at the same time, if they have to do what they have to do right
now in the fallout of the
change of the world, 9/11, then go for it.  lets build a system around
fast warrants, and
easier to obtain permits, but for now, until that happens, rock on bushie!

still strange to me, cause i hate him and most that he stands for, but not this.
