Sam Yes he/she might. Officers have illegally shot people in the past and I am sure will do so in the future. So who is currently trying to make it the policy (if not the law) of the land that all officer shootings shall be secret so that nobody can know if the shooting was legal and warranted or illegal? And if it was illegal, that there will be no repercussions to the officers because all shootings are for our safety? You know what?
