See, I really dislike being stuffed into this pigeonhole you have for people who don't agree with you. Whoever said the government was the source of wealth? Similarly your invitational - how am I supposed to answer that? Ideally, nobody should be on welfare. Also, you seem to define "welfare" to mean all transfer payments, environmental and consumer regulation, and labor law.
