Actually, I was replying to Maureens post about providing charity to
people in Georgia, and getting fed up with the people she was helping
because they wasted anything they received - so it's an on topic
reply.

And I think you missed my point, which was that there are a ton of
people out there cheating the system, no matter what the system.  And
that some of us HAVE actually met the welfare recipients that we are
talking about (however briefly) and that while many of them have a
legitimate need, but that alot of them are actually lazy and
undeserving.

But mostly I replied because she mentioned Atlanta.  And since when
did we install "threat topic police"?
