Ok - Just weighed in for the contest.  I'm at 218lbs with 23.8% body
fat (height of 6'3").  According to the card that came with the Body
Fat scale, "good" for my age (32) is 19% and "excellent" is 16%.  I'll
have to report back my progress and see how far I can get in 12 weeks.
