Well, given the road and day this happened it wasn't bad weather, it was
actually a nice day, around 55 or 60 as I recall.

I've driven the road, and there is actually a spot, which I think is where
this happened, where the road doesn't bank right, and a top heavy vehicle
going to fast could very easily lose control. It is marked with a slower
speed around the corner but nobody follows it.
