Wow, I'm pleased for you. But I'm having a hard time digesting the fact that you bought a house sight unseen. That's incredible. Beyond incredible, it's ridiculous. I know your wife saw it, but it's just not the same. I saw this for the same reason that you don't let women take cars to the mechanic to get fixed. I'm not trying to be sexist, it's just the fact that men *generally* know more about the internal workings of things.
