Gel, I think you are being a bit disingenuous. You seem to be forgetting that you are talking about an AUSTRIAN law. This law would not be constitutional in America.
Austria and America are actually different countries. On different continents. With different laws. There is no law in the US forbidding denial of the Holocaust. The very KKK and neo Nazis you are criticizing below HAVE freedom of speech here in America. They constantly deny the Holocaust, and have some pretty deeply held opinions about the Jewish religion. Even if most of us detest what they say, they still have the right to say it. The French laws that forbid selling of Nazi materials don't apply here. See eBay for proof. Yes, racist whites have the right to publish and speak. So do racist blacks. And racist Native Americans. And those who dislike short people, liberals, and the left-handed. That is "equality", which we as a country are still trying to achieve.
