Totals: 11.5 miles running, 1.75 walking Feb 26-March 4 -------------- Feb 26: 3 miles running, .5 walking Feb 27: off Feb 28: 2 miles running, 1 walking Mar 1: off Mar 2: off Mar 3: 4.5 miles running, 1% incline for half, .5 walking Mar 4: off Totals: 9.5 miles running, 2 walking I'm not building up that mileage lately, but I am doing a lot more weights and stretches and general toning exercises right now in addition to the running/walking days. I'm trying to make sure I don't re-injure whatever it is that I hurt a couple weeks ago. It's been real good lately and I'd like to stay that way! LOL! Friday's 4.5 mile run was well easy and felt great. So I'll keep this routine up for a while. Today I only ran 2 miles, but did it at an incline. Figured I might as well start throwing that into the mix. I also did the last half at 5mph to really kick it up a notch for me. :) I've lost another 4lbs since the last update which brings my current total to an even 100lbs!! W00t!!! I may have lost more fat than I realize though as I gain muscle. It's hard to really know where I am in the scheme of things.
