I didn't see whether anyone answered this question. Congress passed a law a few 
years ago that said colleges had to allow military recruiters on their campuses 
and afford them all the same support and access as other recruiters, OR they 
could give up all federal funding for their institution. 

The schools argued that their rights of free speech and freedom of association 
were violated, and the Supreme Court basically said, "You don't like, don't 
take the money."
