I am not celebrating either, although if you look at the latest news, DPW has not given up on the plan. Don't count them out yet. This deal now enters the realm of international politics, and my guess is that political reality may win out and the deal will go through, albeit with an American entity in front of the DPW entity.
Congress is putting at risk huge trade deals in the Middle East at a time when Arab states are increasingly responsible for funding the U.S. current account deficit. That is the political and economic reality, and unless Congress stops spending like a bunch of drunken idiots, we need those foreign dollars. >> gMoney wrote: >> I guess i'm the only person NOT celebrating this news...... >> > >+1, although I wasn't for the deal there are no brilliant alternatives >at this point either. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:199451 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
