That's an emotional hurt. It doesn't hurt anyone else's freedom for them to not wear their seatbelt. Here in Florida the repealed the motorcycle helmet law. It wouldn't hold up in court because there is no reason why Joe Citizen has to wear a helmet. Without one he is more likely to survive an accident, but without one he is no less likely to hurt someone else or imfringe upon someone else's freedom. I'm not saying I think not wearing a seat belt isn't a good idea, I just think it's moronic that we are forced to wear one when it doesn't infringe upon anyone else's rights.
