dost thou not agree that they are an anomaly?

Tw

Depend on the definition of anomaly we are using; taking these from "The
American Heritage" dictionary provided by Google.

1 Deviation or departure from the normal or common order, form, or rule.

2 One that is peculiar, irregular, abnormal, or difficult to classify: “Both
men are anomalies: they have . . . likable personalities but each has made his
reputation as a heavy” (David Pauly).

Not necessarily the first one. Homosexuals have been around as long as record
history as far as I know, so I would presume they existed even before humans
started writing there life's stories.

The second one seems to fit even less to me accept maybe the part "difficult to
classify"

Now, I would agree they are a minority. There are currently more heterosexuals
in the average community. But I don't see that as any reason that homosexuals
are "wrong", "an anomaly", or "bad". There are just not as many as the rest of
us.

What I would like to know, I'm sure the information is out there - I have just
never been exposed to it, is how different tribes of humans dealt with
homosexuality before contact with Northern European Christians?

If it is truly "unnatural," I would expect similar ostracization of the
practice. But since at least some Greek city states did not ostracize their
homosexual members, I would be surprised if this was very universal.
