Some did - but a pirated game doesn't take up any more space than a retail game. Adding a bigger drive just you put a more pirated games on the drive at once - it doesn't let you pirate more games (since just like retail games they're stored on DVD until you want to play them). It just doesn't seem likely to me that the number of pirated games that would fit on a disc entered into the equation. I mean even if only ONE game fit then the system is STILL broken and the pirates can just swap out any game as they see fit, right? I mean it's slightly more effort, yes, but since when as that ever stopped a pirate? As it is if the pirate were to use the drive ONLY for pirating games then they could still fit something like 5-15 games on the disc (depending on the size of the game). Once you get into those numbers what does it matter if they fit from 15-45? >From a legal stand point the maximum sentence for pirating 10 games is already 2.5 million dollars and (I think) 50 years in prison.
