It actually sounds like i've been around the RIGHT kind of rich folks, and you're the one who has been around the wrong ones. Why the animosity towards someone who comes up with an idea that, while simple, is still capable of bringing that person wealth?? Very few people become rich by accident. The two obvious modern exceptions i can think of are heirs and lottery winners.
