Conscience? Yeah, sure, to the tune of 21 million in profits for the sale of stock. And he sure kept his mouth shut. If he did kill himself, and he certainly may have, it was not over conscience. He was weak to not have come forward a year ago and weak and full of shame to have killed himself now as a cheap way out. I feel only pity for him, not sympathy.
