First, I think this is about the most moronic argument I've ever heard
- but it is a step about the "she wasn't undercover" one which I can't
anyone would seriously repeat.

Having said that, and just to add a little, you said the key word:
"recommend". She recommended him. Nobody had to accept. But they
did because he was qualified to go.

Further, and not to get into the details, but were his conclusions
wrong? Didn't he conclude that there was no proof Hussein was
attempting to buy yellowcake from the Niger? And isn't that still,
indeed, true? Do we have concrete proof otherwise?

So, to be fair, let's just lay out both arguments, correct me where I'm wrong:

1.) Plame recommends Wilson.
2.) Whoever, accepts the recommendation.
3.) Wilson goes, concludes there's no proof, informs only his benefactor.
4.) Administration has speech.
5.) Wilson complains to his benefactor that the speech conflicts with
his conclusion.
6.) Benefactor shuts him out.
7.) Wilson goes public.
8.) Benefactor outs his wife.

Correct?
