Financial restrictions: If you want to retire or live in mexico then
before you immigrate there you must satisfy a financial proof of 400x
the daily income (for retirees), 40,000x the daily income (for
investors) or of invitiation or guarantee of hire for those wanting to
work. You can NOT immigrate if you do not satisfy those requirements.

Can any foreigner just move to Mexico? No, foreign nationals may not
just move to Mexico to live. You need to fulfil certain criteria, to
live, work, retire or both.

There are, of course, also the restrictions on their healthcare, their
schools, their government access and other things that the US has
legislated into acceptance.

Here, the ER cannot turn anyone away.
Here government services are provided in several different languages.
Here some states have passed statutes that prevent law enforcers to do
their jobs.
Here we allow people that are here illegaly from other countries to
protest the actions of our goverment.

I'm all for acceptance and ethnic identity but our country is the
exception, not the rule, for ALL of these things. Does France have
bilingual forms? Russia? Could a US group protest nuclear
proliferation in India, Pakistan or Iran and not expect to be in jail
before the sun set?

Take a poke around

it's the only page I was able to find in English.
