Why is it the U.S. gets pinned with the bad-guy status here? Iran has very specifically said it intends to destroy Israel, and the President Ahk (just think of phlegm since I'm not going to bother looking up the spelling of his name) has stated that Israel will perish in a single event- which one could under the circumstances interpret to mean a nuclear strike. The Israelis, it turn, have said they will not allow Iran to develop the capacity to nuke them.
My point is that the main actors in this play are ALL talking in terms of first strike. The U.S. and Israel are the ones talking in first strike terms as a means of DEFENSE, specifically because the lunatic fucking Iranians are talking about a first strike in OFFENSIVE terms. All I can say about Iran is, if you walk around the neighboorhood saying you are going to buy a gun next week and kill your neighbors, don't be surprised if your neighbors stop by one night and kick the living shit out of you before you get a chance to buy that gun.
