I heard that she was denying it by proxy through her friends. Under no circumstances should she have leaked to the media. She should have used the agency's internal grievance channels. We don't know whether she did or not. After that, if she still felt something needed to be done, she could have gone to the Senate Intelligence Committee. Instead she allegedly jeopardized the lives of many people involved in ongoing operations, and put at risk American credibility with our allies abroad, who must now be thinking, WTF, the idiot CIA can't keep their mouths shut.
