I believe Amazon in the US is paying a shit-ton of money for faster access... In the UK it is an Imperial Shit-tonne on the Continent, a metric shit-ton and so forth. Honestly, this whole debate is silly. They'll limit traffic to those site on their own networks, and what sort of customer service nightmare do you suppose they'll have to endure when Joe Blow who pays for a T1 gets lower access rates because he's not paying as much as Amazon...
