How does one go about selling a company? I have been doing some reservation software for a few years and it hasn't taken off like it should due to the fact that I am a developer and not a marketing person. I'd like to sell the company, or at the least exclusive rights to the software. How the heck do you go about doing something like this? Anyone have any experience?
