Fiscally liberal is to tell all the needy they have an endless free ride. What I'm saying is we'll help them cleanup and get training but after that they're on their own. Its kind of selfish to say they got what they deserved so let them rot. > I'm all for helping "the little guy", but the best way to do that is > to ensure that everyone has a fair shot at the golden ring. I prefer to call it a safety net for those that are temporarily down on their luck. So what do you propose we do with people like Enron employees that lost all there retirement money because of a few corrupt people. They should take to the street and beg? I think the most common way people lose their retirement savings is catastrophic medical reason. > The country was really founded on the 3 core Masonic principles: > > 1.) Freedom of the individual only works as long as it doesn't infringe on other individual rights. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:207233 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=89.70.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
