Well, my taxes are lower, which was a result of Bush/Republican action.

I'm not rich but I'm able to make ends meet, buy a bigger house, get a
new TV, those things. I no longer have to take side jobs to make those
ends meet.

I never looked for the government to be a protector of individual
freedoms, I see the government as an entity that is charged with
defending the country, and ensuring a balance with the states in the
union.

The Price of internet access has down, the price of electricity hasn't
really changed, my insurance is cheap and good, housing isn't a problem.

I'm not in a funk; in fact I'm pretty damn happy. I'm happy at work, I'm
happy at home. I have a wife that loves me, a baby on the way, and am
really just happy to be here.
