As Gruss pointed out, this type of this can rapidly devolve into a "he
said / she said" type of scenario.  I've seen public comments about a
bad project really turn into a poo-tossing tournament and it doesn't
turn out well for either party involved.

Also, as Adam suggested, there may be legal ramifications to what you
say, so take care with your words, especially if they may become angry
and litigious when you fire them as a client.

It's fun to say "you'll never work in this town again!", but you have
to be careful about how to execute on that threat.
