There's a battle brewing in Virginia which is very similar to the Schiavo case in Florida: a minor, Abraham Cherrix, has decided along with his parents to refuse a second round chemotherapy in favor of an organic herbal treatment for Hodgkin's disease.
A court has decided that his parents decision is equivalent to neglect and is ordering their son to get the court's recommended treatment.
