This one is tricky though because the person deciding they don't want the 
treatment is a minor. I don't even want to begin to decide this one. On one 
hand these parents really could be intelligent people and realize that the 
chemo may be doing more harm then good, but on the other hand they could be 
unintelligent and just want to try something hokey. How the heck would you 
decide something like this. Man oh man. 

Though I would disagree that this is similar to Terry Shivo. Doctor after 
doctor said there was no chance for recovery and after 13 years it was pretty 
obvious that was never going to happen. In this case, 13 weeks could make the 
difference between life and death, so it's not like this can get dragged 
through the courts for a long time.
