Are you talking about Fitzgerald?  Because if so, he was about the
most professional non-partisan person that could've headed up this
whole mess.

As for Libby - he controlled his own destiny, he knowingly lied under
oath and decided to take a bullet for his boss.  His call.

As for Rove - he also lied.  He said he had nothing to do with it, but did.

As for who started this whole thing, as I said, it was Novak.  He's
100% responsible.  As are Rove and Harwell for confirming.  But it's
primarily Novak - he decided to pull the trigger.
