This is what I was suggesting would happen after the witdrawl if Hamas launched serious attacks on Israel. Israel is now perfectly in the clear to stomp the guts out of both Hamas and Hezbollah. All the blustering by Iran about dire predictions if Israel attacks Syria are just bluffing. The Iranians know if they start shit with the Israelis, the B-2s will be flying over Tehran before they can say "bunker-buster".
It has serious potential to boil over, but at the end of the day this is exactly what the mullas don't want- a full-scale war with the U.S. involved.
