Well he didn't ask what the best groupware package was, he asked what 
the best email client was =)

At work, I use Outlook because in a large multiuser environment, the 
groupware features of Outlook (and the fact that EVERYONE else uses it 
in our office) outweighs the positive email client features of Thunderbird.
