It's not a ban.
The president decided to spend $250 million plus on umbilical cord
cell research and adult stem cell research which has already produced
results. He only spent $25 million plus last year on embryonic stem
cells, which have produced no results so far. I think he should cut
some pork and spend more money on embryonic research also but at least
he's still funding it. And as I mentioned California is kicking in $3
billion. Aren't they broke?

My point is we might not find that cure here. So they might HAVE to die anyway.
