Perhaps no minds have changed, but a damn sight fewer of them are dying. I
actually know someonewho moved to Belfast a couple of months ago. Do you
think things like that would happen if there weren't a ceasefire? Yeah
people still nurse their 300 years of grievances but they aren't killing
anyone over it anymore. To my mind, that's progress.
