Summary of my point is we have no choice but to win.

You are so sure the Ba'ath terrorists will win back control and rule
like Saddam did that you've given up all hope. There are gangs of
people trying to gain power by force and
Terror. The majority of Iraqis are against these people, which is why
most people aren't at war. It's hard for me to call it a civil war
when most people aren't fighting.

Didn't Israel win all its wars? How about the Gulf war, Grenada,
Falklands, Panama off the top of my head. I'm sure there's more.

Nobody likes war. Sometimes it's a necessity.

Now what are you talking about? Israel has been trying diplomacy since
the beginning and yet they are still always attacked. Is your point
they should just keep taking it on the chin until they're finally
destroyed?
