The US Can't get involved here anyway. Even if we weren't in Iraq, if we put troops in we would lose support from the moderate Arab nations. Of course moderate arab nation is an oxymoron.

Well, either way, to move beyond this somebody needs to provide good military leadership or Israel will bleed to death from a thousand wounds. And, unfortunately, the US can't help with troops since we've got our own gaping wound called Iraq.
