That's a beautiful area, but it's not like they would drop napalm on the
whole place. An oil derrick is a pretty small contraption in the scheme of
things. Energy companies go in, suck out the oil and gas, remove the
equipment, and the land heals. A hundred years from now no one will know
they were ever there.

I would be all for using solar or wind or fusion or anything else other than
fossil fuels if it met our needs, that just isn't the reality today. And the
pressure is only going to get worse until we find an alternative.
